Delhi University First Cut Off 2017 To be Out Today At Around 6 pm –

Delhi University, which is one of the top universities across the nation, will be releasing its first cut-off today, June 23.

Last year, the university released the cut-off list on June 28.

According to reports, the varsity has received nearly 2.2 lakh applicants to fill in 56,000 seats in its 63 colleges.

Last year’s cut-off data:
In 2016, Ramjas College set the highest demanding 99.25 per cent for BCom (Hons).

The college also demanded 98.75 per cent for BCom and 98.5 per cent for Economics (Honours).

Further, the second cut-off will be released on July 1, and the third cut-off will be released on July 7.

On June 14, the St Stephen’s College of Delhi University released its first under graduate (UG) courses admission cut off list today, on June 14. St. Stephens, one of the highly reputed college of DU, conducts a separate application and selection process and the list of cut off is published in each round.

As reported by ndtv, last year the college received around 23,500 applications against 400 seats and St Stephens also remained one of the DU colleges with some of the highest cut offs.

Document verification

Verification of documents and approval for admissions will be done between 9:30 am and 1:30 pm for morning colleges and 4 pm to 7 pm for evening colleges. “After approval of admission, the applicant has to log on to undergraduate admission portal for online payment of admission fee,” the release said.

The University also conducted the ‘Open Days’ sessions till May 31. In that candidates visited DU’s conference centre on North Campus to seek information regarding the admission process. Read: DU Admissions 2017: ‘Open Days’ for students and parents
